Hip Hop Culture who was popular in the US began developing in Europe from the 80's. An international hit was made by africa Bambaataas planet rock, break dancers such as the Rock Steady Crew and NY graffiti authors were invited to show their work. Artwork and hip Hop were encouraged through media and TV. Graffiti appeared on a regular basis in popular videos, music and books.
Movies such as Henry Chalfant and Style Wars by Tony Silver by Charlie Ahearn clarified and encouraged artists and culture such as Zephyr, Seen, Lee and Dondi White were considered like rock stars by the Hip Hop european scene that was emerging. Martha Cooper book Subway Art and henry Chalfant became the bible of art for b and the authors boys from LA. By 1987, the motion was recorded by Chalfant book art across the world. By the 80s, the scene was in force and established. Writers in both continents were now meeting up on a regular basis and exchanging info through black books and pictures of their work on trains and walls.
The greatest artistic movement of all time is now born and children in all around are still painting aerosol artwork today.
